Rockingham for Progress is raising funds to renovate and restore historic Worcester Lunch Car #771, making it accessible to all; constructing a new seating area to expand capacity; building a kitchen and bathrooms on an actual foundation; all the while retaining the character that has made the Miss Bellows Falls beloved throughout the region with the goal of serving food that is wholesome, delicious and affordable.
